Fitment Note: Actual tire dimensions vary by manufacturer and model. Wheel width, offset, alignment, tire construction and vehicle loading can all affect clearance. Aggressive wheel and tire combinations should be test fitted.
WHY WHEEL OFFSET MATTERS
Tire diameter gets most of the attention, but wheel offset often determines whether an aggressive setup fits well.
A wheel with very high positive offset keeps the tire tucked farther inward. That can reduce clearance near suspension components. Moving the wheel outward can create more inner clearance and a stronger stance — but moving it too far outward can increase contact with the outer liner or fender during steering and suspension travel.

BOLT-ON — BUT BE REALISTIC ABOUT THE JOB
The TORQ Grand Highlander kit installs using the factory suspension mounting locations and does not require cutting or welding.
However, the Grand Highlander's suspension is more involved than a simple strut-top spacer installation on many body-on-frame trucks.
For that reason, TORQ recommends professional installation for most owners or an experienced DIY installer with proper tools, lifting equipment and enough time to perform the installation correctly.
A professional four-wheel alignment should be performed after installation.
WHY WE DON'T CALL IT A “QUICK INSTALL”
Customer experiences show that the finished result is excellent, but the Grand Highlander's suspension requires more time than a basic spacer installation. We would rather set realistic expectations than oversell the job.

CAN I RUN A 32-INCH TIRE?
Setups in that range are possible, but tire width, wheel width, offset and actual measured tire dimensions become increasingly important. Aggressive combinations should be verified before purchase.
IS THIS AN EASY DIY INSTALL?
An experienced DIY installer can install the kit, but we would not describe it as a quick beginner-level project. The Grand Highlander's suspension requires more disassembly than many simple spacer-lift applications.
WILL THE LIFT AUTOMATICALLY VOID MY TOYOTA WARRANTY?
Installing an aftermarket component does not automatically cancel the vehicle's entire factory warranty. Warranty coverage may be affected if a manufacturer determines that a failure was caused by an aftermarket part or its installation. Consult your Toyota dealer regarding specific warranty coverage.
