Order Processing Time & Shipping
Lead time is generally 1-3 business days to process and pack your order. Delivery time is normally 5-7 business days. Note items that are made to order or have individualized lead times will take longer. Please be patient and allow sufficient time to securely package your order, so it can safely arrive to your door. We ship using FedEx Home Delivery/Ground or UPS Ground. For orders shipping outside the continental USA, we require additional time to process your order.
Items can be returned within 30 days, subject to our return policy. Some products have different return policies, such as Open Box, clearance, custom items, demo, and closeout items. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the order date. We only accept returns on parts that have NOT been mounted or installed. Any parts that have been installed are considered used and CANNOT be refunded or returned. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must take all responsibility for return shipping cost. All parts must be packed in their original packaging with care. Any damages that occur from poor return packing are also subject to fees. Non-negotiable.
Custom items are final sale. Open Box, Clearance, Demo, and Closeout items do not qualify for returns or exchanges at any time.
