I put a lift on a 22 Highlander myself. Some suggestions: the video that shows how to install needs to lose the music, can't hear the tech. The PDF install doc is different than the video. The shim is put on the top in the rear in the video, installed on the bottom in the PDF. The front wheel bearing assembly should be kept tilted in after removing the coil assembly. Otherwise the inner cv joint can pop out. It's time consuming to get it back in. Car rides fine, has better clearance for ice & road debris. Toyota has very little protection for the radiator. Racoons and ice chunks can cause expensive repairs. Afters installation guides are updated, it would rate a 5
