I put a lift on a 22 Highlander myself. Some suggestions: the video that shows how to install needs to lose the music, can't hear the tech. The PDF install doc is different than the video. The shim is put on the top in the rear in the video, installed on the bottom in the PDF. The front wheel bearing assembly should be kept tilted in after removing the coil assembly. Otherwise the inner cv joint can pop out. It's time consuming to get it back in. Car rides fine, has better clearance for ice & road debris. Toyota has very little protection for the radiator. Racoons and ice chunks can cause expensive repairs. Afters installation guides are updated, it would rate a 5
This is a well made kit. Instructions were good and made for a quick easy install. Totally changed the look of the car. You have a happy customer!
This went on easy, looks and feels great! Shipping was fast, too! Thank you!
Lift went on good. Didn’t screw up the alignment too bad. Ride is the same. Upgraded to 266/50R20 all terrains. Looks mean!
Hi Torq Engineering Team,
I bought a lift from you guys for my 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and wanted to tell you all how amazing and simple it was to install. The results are FABULOUS!!! Watching the YouTube video that you guys have was great and easy to follow along. I would've liked to have a PDF version as well, just for ease of use during the actual installation. A piece of feedback on the video it is hard to hear what the tech is explaining with the music overlay. Specifically around the removing the strut and keeping the knuckle in and forward or less the axle shaft will come out. I didn't catch that in the video and so I spend an additional hour or so trying to get the axles back in. (may I suggest adding text in that part of the video).
Outside of that, again, super easy to install and the outcome is AMAZING!! I lost the shipping invoice with the actual email to send this to but I would love to send you guys some pictures (I can't add attachments on the Contact Us section on your website). There aren't enough pics out there of the new Highlanders lifted ;).
